1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing TechSunset Inventory (inventory.techsunset.com) or utilizing our warehouse management interfaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Service
TechSunset Inventory provides connected inventory control, multi-warehouse allocations, sales order reservations, purchase order receipts, and fulfillment pipeline status management. Third-party shipping carrier integrations are managed directly through internal workflow stages without external postal APIs.
3. Operational Accuracy and User Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying cycle counts, supplier purchase invoices, and outbound shipment handoffs. Stock transfer validations adhere strictly to available on-hand quantities recorded across designated hub facilities.
4. Intellectual Property
All interface designs, branding elements, copper-orange visual assets, and operational workflow blueprints are the intellectual property of TechSunset SaaS.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
